Position Title: Staff Scientist
Reports To: Executive Director
Works With: DNAE staff and the public
Supervisory Responsibility: none

Function
This position will be part of a small team reporting to the Executive Director.
The goals of all the DNA EpiCenter scientists are to:

• create flexible programs and present them in a laboratory environment favorable to learning and personal growth

• establish an effective rapport with teachers and students

• motivate students to develop the skills, attitude and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education, in accordance with the ability of each student

• establish positive working relationships with public and private schools.
